OT Support

DeepInspect is looking for IT, OT and IOT specialists able to manage the after-sales support process in case of damages or malfunction of the products (on which the asset will be properly trained in the first stage)

The activities will be organized in work shifts to cover 24 hours service and holidays.

The support will be remote and will include the following activities:

• Provide information and operating instructions for the resolution of issues in the configuration of the product
• Activate the process of replacement of the appliances in case of HW failure
• Activate the software corrections and release of updates in case of obvious product bug

The support will be either in Italian or in English and the resolution will be guaranteed in 72 hours.

We are looking for a Cyber Security Pre-Sales Engineer to be responsible for proven track record in security solutions development and system integration, implementation and monitoring security measures for the protection of systems, networks and information.

Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/services for potential customers and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

· Participate in pre-sales activities as conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), Building BoQ’s, Supporting in security designs, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations and training, etc.

· Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/Solutions. Entities include potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an addition to our dynamic work environment, working alongside industry experts. They will be working in our IoT and ICS/SCADA department and working closely with him regarding technical tasks.
